What is Partnership according to Scripture?
Partnership is a relationship between individuals or groups that is characterized by mutual cooperation and responsibility, for the achievement of a specified goal.
Partner, Greek Koinonos, means a sharer, companion, partaker or associate.

Effective Partnership begins with “Who” rather than “what”
If people join you because of what you are doing rather than whom you are doing it for, what happens when you need to change directions?
If you have the right people as partners, the problem of how to motivate and manage people usually goes away.
The right people will be fired up and self motivated
The first step in developing an effective partnership is to define your purpose.
